Oladimeji Tomori leads Kommunicate's vision, partnerships, innovation, and community impact initiatives. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across technology, nonprofitmanagement, community development, and social impact, he is committed to expanding opportunities for women and girls.th outcomes.
His passion for this work is rooted in lived experience. Having witnessed the effects of trauma and cultural norms that often silence the voices of women and girls, he understands the barriers many face in seeking support and opportunity. These experiences inspire his commitment to creating safe spaces, promoting healing, and empowering women and girls to thrive and become leaders in their communities.
Kikelomo Lawanson Tomori leads Kommunicate's programs, community engagement, and women and girls' empowerment initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience supporting families, mentoring women, and leading community-based programs, she is passionate about helping women and girls build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential.
Drawing from her experience as a women's leader, mentor, wife, mother, and advocate, Kikelomo understands the challenges many women and girls face in finding their voice and accessing opportunities. She is committed to creating safe spaces that promote healing, leadership, well-being, and opportunity for women and girls.
Kommunicate serves adolescent girls and young women, primarily in Africa, who face barriers to safety, health, education, and self-expression. We work with girls whose voices are often unheard and whose access to support is limited by poverty, stigma, or fear.
